how i lost weight......

hello everyone!

after i posted on my summary of 2011...

a handful of cute readers actually ask me how i managed to lose weight...

hmmmm...

to be honest, i didn't lose a lot of weight..

i was 45kg during the start of the year and was 43kg now...

it's only 2kg...

but i do find that my face slimmed down alot! (and my boobs.. >.<)

wahahahha

soooooo... i'm not sure if it works..

but i'm going to share with you guys everything that i've did that i think might had contributed to it~!

1. DRINK OOLONG CHA

it's a known fact that oolong helps to reduce fat absorption etc etc...

so i tried it~!

i drink it after meals~!

it tasted really awful when i first started...

but hahahaha, i'm adapted to the taste..

and i really love drinking them...

it makes me feel healthier.. and drinking them after every meals makes me feel more refreshed and less oily~ >.< wahahahahha

so girls, this is a very simple diet...

just drink them regularly~! ganbatte~!

you can also drink them before meals to make you feel FULLER~!

2. 2B alternative face slimming

i started using them around august...

and kiyomi mentioned that my face slimmed down (just one week of usage..)

but... i'm not too sure if it's due to this or my oolong diet~

wahahahah

but but but~!! it's quite costly...

and according to some reviews online, it's not really effective for everybody...

3. NAGARA diet

nagara is japanese means " .... while doing something"

so i just try to exercise while doing things...

for example, while sitting down, i will put a book in between my legs and hold it there...

4. AGING

well, with age...

u will lose baby fats...

i'm not too sure which of it actually helped me this time round....

first of all,

2011 has the MOST OMG EPISODE YEAR

THE JAPAN EARTHQUAKE

it's freaking scary but exciting...

it's my first time experiencing such a big magnitude earthquakes..

i practically slept through all the other earthquakes that had happened years ago when i'm in japan..

but this is different..

it's freaking shaky!

i mean the scariest part is when you see the news regarding the tsunami...

I really admire the graces of the japanese even at that moment

see how orderly they queued for buses when they are all stranded late at night...

that's why japan managed to survive through all these!

This year is also the MOST-FULFILLING YEAR as a physiotherapy student

TEAM PHYSIO at Changi General Hospital

this is the first attachment that i can see my own patients..

treat my own patients...

and follow up with my patients..

see them improving/feeling better every session makes me feeeeel sooooo HAPPY~

this year is also the MOST-MOEEE-YEAR

cause i get to work with Moe Moe Kyun Cafe~!

and get to know an awesome group of friends~!

and even the STAFFS there seem unsure about the buffet and they just said that it will be broadcasted later...

but....

i only heard it from pearly...

imagine if pearly wasn't there, i won't even be aware of the buffet..

i rushed up and...

EOY organizers.....

i don't pay for a $48 tickets just to get all the same treatment as an $17 ticket holder.

so i rushed off to the concert hall cause the buffet place has got nothing~

[review] Mizukitty lashes~!

hello sweethearts~!

today i will be reviewing mizukitty lashes~!

the front has very sharp and prominent stalks

the end has got volume...

and it said to create a MOE pair of EYES! like mizukitty!

hehehe

the stalk for this series is really thick and hard.

so i had quite a hard time fixing them on my eyes.. >.<

however, the good thing is.... they are going to last for longer period of time! <3

pardon my unkempt brows~! ><

Comments:

Design ------ 3/5 i don't really like the design as the thick stalk somehow seems to swallow away my double eyelid crease. wahahaha. makes them look a lot smaller. however, it makes them stands out a little more than usual =D

LENGTH ---- 4/5 one pair is long enough, no need additional lashes~! <3

RE-USE-ABILITY ---- 5/5 with the thick stalk, i think it can last for more than 10times of usage! wahahaha

COMFORT ---- 3/5 the stalk of the lash is not really soft (as compared to other series). however, it's not uncomfortable at all if you managed to put them on correctly~

UNIQUE-NESS ---- 3/5 unique! it's like stacking two lashes into one. hahaha.

will i buy them again?

i bought them last year and i've yet used them...

cause they seem sooooo precious~

actually i was tempted to purchase them that time (despite my tight budget) because the shop attendant wearing it was soooo sooo sooo pretty~!

so i bought one set to try~!

soooo precious~

and finally i tried them on!

really really love the fact that it can be so dolly and natural at the same time! <3

Comments:

Design ------ 5/5 ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT~! as you can see, there are stalks of lashes.. however, it's not too STALKY (as in obvious) thus it makes dolly eyes look natural and less intimidating!

LENGTH ---- 3/5 i would say.. the length the lashes is not enough to a droopy doll eye effect. i had to add another half lash to create the droopy look.
(photos above are of the original length)

RE-USE-ABILITY ---- 3/5 beautiful things don't last forever.. one stalk of lashes dropped off when i was removing my makeup (probably because i always pluck my lashes off ><)
however i still continue to use it as it's really very pretty.

COMFORT ---- 5/5 the stalk of the lash is really soft (probably that's why it's so fragile)... when wearing them, i DON'T FEEL THEIR WEIGHT on my eyes at all.. =D

UNIQUE-NESS ---- it's pretty different from all the lashes i've worn. it's less reflective~
the closest one to this is dolly wink no.4!

will i buy them again?
DEFINITELY!! cause it soooo soooo pretty!

i wanna share this photo editing programme with all of you!

especially for lazy people (yes me!!) who wants pretty photos !! >.< hehehehehe

i first fall in love with this programme because it allows me to batch edit my photo!

i used to open individual photos and resize each of them to 550px! ><

with photoscape, it's just a drag, click and save~

drag my photos from the side, adjust their width...

and CONVERT all!

and only recently (actually yesterday..)

i realised that they have another awesome programe within them!

which is their EDITOR

choose EDITOR when you open the programme~

another fantastic point for lazy ppl like me is that you can just select your photos from the side!

and what i normally do (well, starting from yesterday)...

i just click the button BLOOM~!

(yes, bloooooom your photos~!)

and tada~!

you can adjust the level of BLOOM , blur and contrast!

love that it adds a dreamy feel to my photos INSTANTLY

as much as i love decorative nails, i'm really worried about the condition of the nails!

Design : ★★★★☆ yes, another very dolly lens from the hyper series! the black thick outer rim definitely draws attention and focus to your eyes, while the light pink inner rim just brightens up your eyes!

However, the pink is not very obvious. it looks like light brown with a slight pink tone indoors but the pink shines perfectly under light/sunlight!

and one thing really nice about this loreal hair dye is that..
